Information and international delivery support
IFA UAE is IFA's regional representation in the Emirates and works with International Drivers Association as a service-coordination partner. IFA UAE's role is limited to information support and the organisation of international shipment and delivery logistics for documents addressed to recipients in the UAE.
Clear separation of roles
IFA UAE is not an IDP application portal or issuing authority. It does not receive or process applications, assess eligibility, collect service payments, approve, produce, issue, renew or verify IDPs. Applications and document decisions are handled independently through IDA's own channels; IFA UAE may support delivery coordination only.

How the service relationship is structured
Applications and issuance remain within IDA's own channels. IFA UAE participates only in UAE information and international delivery coordination.

IDA service process
IDA independently handles the application, payment, eligibility, production, issuance and verification through its own service channels.

International dispatch
After IDA completes its independent service process, a physical document may be dispatched from an international IDA office to Dubai.

UAE delivery coordination
IFA UAE may assist with logistical coordination of delivery to the recipient in the UAE. This role does not extend to document issuance or validation.
