Verified chronology

In 2002, IFA received its legal and charter foundation for international work in autotourism.

A UAE business licence provides the formal operating basis for regional programmes and partnerships.

A regional network of routes, expert relationships and international-driver support is taking shape.

Tourism organisations, automobile clubs, road-service providers, insurers, hospitality businesses and infrastructure partners contribute across the region.

IFA focuses on service areas, charging infrastructure, connectivity, navigation, accessibility, sustainability and safe stops for long-distance travel.

The route portfolio, readiness methodology, practical resources and cooperation model are being developed.

Field verification and partner coordination are planned as the next stage, not presented as completed achievements.
